About the Role 

• As a Strategy & Operations Associate, you will partner with Entyre's Michigan General Manager to help scale our largest and most strategic market. 
• This is a high-impact role at the intersection of operations, strategy, healthcare, and growth. You'll solve complex problems, build scalable systems, and drive initiatives that improve outcomes for caregivers and care recipients across Michigan. 
• This role is designed as a pathway to a General Manager position. You'll gain hands-on experience across operations, growth, compliance, analytics, and healthcare delivery while developing the skills required to eventually lead a market. 

What You'll Do 

• Partner directly with the Michigan General Manager to drive execution on high-priority initiatives and solve complex operational challenges. 
• Become an expert in Michigan Medicaid programs, waiver services, and regulatory requirements. 
• Build and improve operational processes across caregiver onboarding, care delivery, quality, compliance, and reimbursement. 
• Analyze data, identify opportunities, and drive initiatives that improve growth, efficiency, and member outcomes. 
• Partner with Product, Marketing, Finance, Analytics, Clinical, and Operations teams to translate front line insights into cross-functional initiatives 
• Lead special projects ranging from process improvement and operational redesign to strategic growth initiatives. 
• Take on increasing ownership and develop the skills required to become a future General Manager at Entyre. 

What You Bring 

• 3+ years of experience in top tier consulting, investing, business operations, healthcare administration, or other highly analytical and execution-oriented environments. 
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence, align, and collaborate effectively across functions and levels of an organization. 
• Structured thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 
• Bias for action—you thrive in ambiguity, move quickly, and take ownership from idea to execution. 
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data to inform decisions. 
• Strong work ethic and high personal accountability. You take ownership, consistently follow through, and are willing to do what it takes to get the job done. 
• Genuine passion in healthcare, home care, and improving outcomes for underserved populations. 

Nice to Have 

• Experience with Medicaid, LTSS, home care, managed care, or value-based care. 
• Experience in a high-growth startup environment (e.g., Seed to Series C). 
• Experience leading cross-functional projects.
